Is your water safe for infants?
Mizuha water is purified and lab-tested at every batch, meeting the standards set for packaged drinking water. For infant-specific guidance, check with your paediatrician.
What's the shelf life of bottled water?
Shelf life details are printed on every bottle and can. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How does the can deposit system work?
You pay a one-time deposit on the 20L can. After that, every delivery is a straight exchange: empty can back, full can in.
Can I change my delivery schedule?
Yes. Pause, skip, or change your quantity anytime from your subscription.
Do you deliver outside city limits?
Coverage depends on your pincode. Use the area coverage check on the subscription page to confirm.
What certifications do you hold?
Mizuha holds an FSSAI license, the BIS ISI mark, and ISO 22000 certification, with independent third-party lab testing.
How does billing work for corporate accounts?
Bulk and corporate accounts get scheduled billing through a dedicated account manager. Contact us to set this up.
